The secret to losing 10kgs within months .........
Okay, if you continue to read after the title, there will only be these reasons...
1) You're heavily overweight therefore you're searching for solutions
2) You just random google-d to my blog
3) You're my friend, that's why you read what i post
4) You're not fat but you want to lose weight. -ironic-
5) You're too bored

10kgs, to you may not be a lot, but to people who are fat, it's A LOT !
I'll post 2 pictures of me. Before and After so that it will be more encouraging to carry on reading this post.
LOL, I don't think there is a need for me to write which is before and after ba? I look like i did surgery right? Ya i know. LOL
Okay, Actually i lost 10kgs using 9 months. April 2010-December 2010
The photo i purposely put 5 years ago one, or else dont have the impact there. and these photos are 100% UN-photoshopped
And i purposely take photos of different views, so that you will have nothing to say XP HAHAS
To tell you the truth, actually i've tried losing weight a lot of times, and failed like numerously too. This was the only time that it's a success and that's why i want to blog about it so that i can share with you people.
SOLUTION(1)
In my solution, you still can eat WHATEVER YOU LIKE, in any amount. just that you should fix your time at around 2-3pm (lunch). And in that meal, you should eat a big amount so that it can last you for the whole day.
At the start, it will be VERY VERY DIFFICULT. But you can start from eating 2 meals a day and after some time reducing it to 1 meal + some snacks(not considered a meal) a day THEN to 1 meal per day.
YES, AND YOU CAN EAT SNACKS, HOW WONDERFUL ~
Most importantly, you should cut down in eating too much meals, and concentrate on eating a meal/day.
You will see the effect after 1 month. losing 2kgs. It's simple what, you still can eat, and eat whatever you like leh.
SOLUTION(2)
Exercise. One good example is to do simple Yoga moves. you can always go to http://www.youtube.com
on how to do yoga.
This DOESN'T NEED TO BE AT A REGULAR BASIS !!
I know, Fat people are LAZY. JUST LIKE ME ! HAHAHAHS
Another one is to Jog !!!!! i personally jog like once in 3-4 weeks. You read that ? JUST ONCE !
But of cos, the more you jog, the faster you can slim down.
My method works if you have patience and determination. As i mentioned i used 9 months to lose 10kgs !

No matter how difficult it is, you must persevere!!
I always feel that it's not easy to achieve something you want, but if you have determination, you are sure to success.
